Although the shipping costs were a tad higher than the vendor we were going to order from originally, Under the Roof told me they would deliver the bed before we left for vacation, and they delivered exactly when they said they would. More than that, they were constantly emailing me about my order status, and returned my calls promptly. All in all, we had a wonderful shopping experience, and wouldnt hesitate to shop here again.

Body: I have just received a beautiful, high-quality bedroom set delivered for more than $1100 less than a local merchant offered for the same set from the same manufacturer. I marked off slightly on the delivery because Roadway left this to a 3rd party carrier who didnt get the instructions to deliver inside. Alexis at Under the Roof refunded my delivery charge cheerfully. They have handled every element of this transaction very well! I will certainly shop them again!

Body: I saw this bed in a local scandanavian furniture store, and fell in love with it but it was for sale for over $1500. I was set with that specific bed, Under the Roof offered the bed for the best price - half of what other online retailers were offering ($550 versus other retailers averaging $1100). Search the net yourself! Naturally I was skeptical of such a deal since whenever something is too good to be true, it usually is. I was careful with the purchase and searched for a better deal for a month. This was a phenomenal deal, and I contacted their friendly staff who answered all my questions. The item was shipped and received ahead of their estimated delivery date - and better yet my ahead of my expectations! Now I have my Queen Comfort Contemporary Platform bed. I am ecstatic! It looks fantastic and I sleep in comfort and style. I higly recommend Undertheroof.com to all my friends and family - as long as they dont copy my style and purchase the same bed. Thankfully they sell more than just beds. Thank you Undertheroof!
